The CX had it's fork tubes removed for rebuilding -they'll get new seals and new oil. I also ordered a new seat cover for the 1981 twin. My friend Terri and I took another look at the S. 18th street house in Benton Park -the tax sale house waiting to be mine. We were able to access the key in the lock box on the front door, so now will have an easier time entering -no need for the cordless drill/driver. I'm seeing the front room as a work space only one step up from street level.
