Here on route K  I'm getting ready to turn the place over to someone else while I practice homelessness for a while. I found boxes for 69 cents each at Home Depot and new lock sets and an electrical box. Later I boxed things up-books and kitchen items mostly. I finally got to installing that electrical box in the living room(much nicer than wires hanging out of a hole) and also installed 2 new locks w/matching keys on the 2 first floor doors.

I got out on the kayak about 2 weeks ago before heading to The Lou for distressed real estate hunting and tax sale bidding-oh, that tax sale stuff is a hoot.
